Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
p6x accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your p6x account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. p6x is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name — the use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

p6x's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p6x account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The p6x Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p6x makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
p6x collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the p6x Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if p6x reasonably believes that:
Upon termination of your account for cause, p6x reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. If your account is closed at your own request and in good standing, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.
You may close your p6x account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance with applicable KYC and AML requirements.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
p6x's decision on all gaming disputes, including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account balances, shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Any claim must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute; claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
p6x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p6x will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the p6x Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through arbitration as described in Section 13.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit p6x's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
