If p6x discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. If you believe that a minor has registered on the p6x Platform, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 14.
p6x may transfer your personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines where necessary for the provision of our services (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software developers). Any such transfer will be conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will be subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual data protection clauses that provide an equivalent level of protection to that afforded under Philippine law.
By using the p6x Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards described above.
The p6x Platform may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), game software providers, and analytics tools. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and p6x is not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with in connection with your use of p6x.
p6x does not include third-party advertising networks or social media tracking pixels on the Platform without your prior consent.
p6x reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, p6x will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the p6x Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
